Look at your brand from the customer’s point of view.

So as we’re getting ready for the free Instagram training (which is epic, and packed with SO much content – I’m over 60 pages already, OMG!!! 🙈🙊)!

This is going to be the most power-packed 90 minutes you have EVER spent on a FREE Instagram training – TRUST ME!! In fact, probably even a paid one, #ijs💁🏽‍

I don’t mean to be arrogant, either. But remember…I had my first successful, social media driven business back in the days of MySpace.

Instagram is cake for me…She’s been at this for awhile, lol! I know my value!

Anyway, I was just thinking about how I can help you get prepared for the training…

I know that Brand Identity is such a struggle for SO MANY of my babes. I wonder if that’s you…?

This is the entry point – and getting this right matters because it sets the precedent for EVERYTHING else…

How seriously do you want to be taken?

Here’s how you can tell if you’re killing it:

✅You have a cohesive look + design. Like the styling makes sense for the type of customer you want to attract. Clear feed – without tons of graphics with writing all over them…

Look at your Instagram feed.

Do you feel like you want to go + explore each post?

Or do you feel tense and overwhelmed when you see it?

Like tons of text, outlined boxes, so many fonts + colors?

Tons of product photos that aren’t well placed instead of appealing mockups?

Consistency with breakups between product pots?

Remember; this is about the customer’s experience.

Not yours!

So when you look at your page as an outsider, is it something you want to constantly see in your feed?

Like, if you weren’t the business…would you want to follow you?

Why not?

Think on that for a second…on to the next one…

✅Your brand voice is clear and gets the attention of your ideal #dreamcustomers in every single post.

On average, I’ll receive 600-1k follows for every post I add. Sometimes more, every now and then, less.

That’s why I make an effort to do at least 3-4 posts daily…not because you have to have a specific amount. I’ve heard Instagram “gurus” say there’s no amount that you need to post daily. True.

But I always say to that…well, how much do you want to grow?

How much reach do you want to gain organically?

My original PoshLifeBling page was 300k – 4 years ago, before it was even a thing to have a big page.

I never ran a single ad.

And I didn’t run ads for PGC until just this year.

I run very few ads.

You know why?

Because I don’t have to.

My ideal customers come, they comment, they share in their stories, they save, they share in their feeds over + over + over. And when I ask them to tag their friends (more of my ideal customers), they tag them.

I know I can potentially gain 2500 – 4k new followers daily with each post.

So why wouldn’t I do this?

This is organic traffic, and I don’t have to pay pages to bring in a bunch of random people who aren’t even for my brand.

F*ck vanity metrics!

I want people in my business daily who are for me and what I have to offer them…so…

I’m no “guru” of anything. I’ve just actually used social media successfully for over a decade now in my businesses.  Post away, boo.

Thank you, next…😆
